The project will be implemented in 5 years from 2020 - 2024.

The project has 3 components, including: To invest in strengthening the grassroots health network's material foundations, including building and upgrading the grassroots health network; providing quality management equipment, training and tools to improve the capacity of commune health stations to manage priority health issues; strengthen policy, pilot innovation in service delivery and strengthen monitoring and evaluation.

In the process of checking the current situation, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Nam province noted that the facilities of the medical stations invested and built for a long time had deteriorated, not meeting the requirements for health care. in base in present conditions.
