Song Cong city leaders work with investors
Recently, Song Cong City leaders have worked with FLC Group JSC and Dongwha Co., Ltd to comment on the detailed planning of Pho Co urban area at Pho Co ward, Chau Son urban area at Chau Son ward; the construction progress of the factory manufacturing plywood and laminated wood.
According to the detailed planning of 1/500 scale, Pho Co urban area is located in 177.3 hectares, Chau Son urban area is located in 178.6 hectares. Here, FLC Group will have the traffic infrastructure, works, adjacent housing, residential area, flowers garden and green trees to meet the local people's needs. At the meeting, the offices and branches of Song Cong city commented on the planning.
Dongwha Viet Nam Co., Ltd will build the factory at Song Cong 2 industrial zone (located in Tan Quang commune) with a total capital of $500 million. This project divided into 3 phases. In the first phase, the company invested $170 million to build the factory that will put into operation in August 2021. The second phase will deploy in 2022. As planned, the third phase will continue to deploy in 2024.
In conclusion, Mr Hoang Thai Cuong, Secretary of Song Cong city Party Committee, highly appreciated FLC Group's preparation and proposed that the company collects comments to deploy the project soon. He emphasized that the project of Dongwha Co., Ltd will play an essential role in the city's development. He also required the local government and Management Board of Thai Nguyen Industrial Zones creates favorable conditions to help the company implement its project effectively.
