Manchester United sắp chạm trán Inter Milan tại Singapore trong chuyến du đấu châu Á

Sau quãng thời gian nghỉ hè của các cầu thủ, các CLB tại Premier League sẽ tập trung trở lại vào nửa cuối tháng 7/2019 để tham dự các tour du đấu vừa là để kiếm tiền, vừa là để HLV thử nghiệm đội hình.

Trong số 20 đội bóng tham dự Premier League mùa giải 2019/20, ngoại trừ Aston Villa không có kế hoạch đi du đấu, các CLB còn lại đều đã công bố kế hoạch du đấu vào mùa hè này.

Trong số đó, Manchester United là CLB tích cực kiếm tiền trong mùa hè nhất với 6 trận giao hữu tại 5 quốc gia khác nhau. Trong khi Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal, Leicester City, Crystal Palace và Brighton & Hove Albion - mỗi đội bóng cũng tham dự tới 5 trận giao hữu tại nhiều quốc gia.

Có vẻ dành sức cho các cầu thủ nghỉ ngơi nhiều nhất chính là các CLB Everton, Watford và tân binh Norwich City khi 3 CLB này chỉ tham dự duy nhất 1 trận giao hữu. Trong khi các CLB không có sức hút lớn hoặc không có tiềm lực tài chính mạnh cho các chuyến du đấu thì lại chọn thi đấu giao hữu với các CLB trong nước, nhằm lắp ráp đội hình và thử nghiệm lối chơi cho mùa giải mới.

Sau chức vô địch Champions League cùng với Liverpool, HLV Jurgen Klopp sẽ có cơ hội tái ngộ đội bóng cũ trên đất Mỹ.
